- Class 1, Corroboration: Reports involving a sighting, and accompanied by another form of support.1c An investigator determines that a visual encounter with a sasquatch/bigfoot by a very reliable observer is a distinct possibility, tangible corroborating evidence is documented, and all other sources can be reasonably ruled out.

Witness Account:
Dinkey Creek Rd to Camp Chawanakee Rd outside of Shaver Lake, CA.
Driving on Dinkey Creek Rd I turned onto Camp Chawanakee Rd. About 100 yards in I looked to my right and saw a bigfoot standing in a clearing under high power lines. It didn't move. It was 50 yards off the road. traveling the opposite of me. It was reddish brown in color. The hair was sparse over its right arm. I could see the lighter colored skin...light buckskin in color. Its head was on its shoulders...no neck. Its arms were long knee length or a bit lower. It stood with its knees slightly bent. During the entirety of my sighting it didn't move at all. I observed it for close to 30 seconds.
I continued to camp and dropped my grandson off. Then on my way back out I drove very slow looking for a log or something that could explain what I saw. Nothing. I went home and returned a few days later to take pictures. I didn't get out of my truck as I didn't want to disturb any evidence of it being there. I reported the sighting to BFRO. #81308 A few days later I met with David Raygoza, a man that was an investigator of bigfoot. I stayed on the road. He found numerous tracks. The largest being close to 18"
Physical evidence:
both myself and David Raygoza collect pictures of tracks
Hand/foot prints:
aprox 6' between tracks. One track showed a big toe with a deviation. The big toe looked to have been broken and healed at an angel opposite of what it should have been.
Sounds:
No sounds, or smells
Investigator's Observations
Investigator(s): Bob Strain
After interviewing this witness, it's clear to me she had an amazing daytime sighting of an 8ft hairy biped.
She was driving under 15mph and spotted an extremely large, hairy bipedal animal standing perfectly still (as if frozen in mid stride) in open sun with ideal weather conditions, She saw the right side profile of the creature and unfortunately did not see the face or any facial features. She said the chest was very large and flat. She could see massive arm and shoulder muscle features through the long, but sparse, light brown hair. The hair on the head and legs was thicker than on the arms and both were a darker brown in color. She could not see the feet due to the long grass, but could see the knees were slightly bent and not fully erect. It's hands fell below it's knees and were frozen slightly cupped.
Upon dropping off her grandson at his job at the nearby Boy Scouts camp, she drove past the area again a few minutes later, the creature was no longer there, and nothing in the same area that could have been mistaken for a large hairyman.
She returned to the area to investigate and take photos at a later time, and a re-creation for purposes of size and distance showed the creature to be approximately 8 feet tall and approximately 50 yards from her location on the road. The submitted photo shows the area under the powerlines where the hairyman was seen frozen in mid stride.
The area has a long local reputation of many sightings of the hairyman.
