Report Details

Occurrence date: December/2020
Location: Houston County, TX
Nearby/Vicinity: Kennard
Time / Conditions: 17:00 — 5pm in winter, close to dusk. Cloudy but still light enough to see
# of Witnesses: 1

Witness Account:
I was standing in my meadow perpendicular to the tree line, turning on the lights hanging from one of my trees. I saw a brown hairy figure about 7 feet tall in my periphery and turned to look. At first I thought it was a very tall deer but it was on two feet and too tall to be a deer. I could only see glimpses of it as it walked through the tree line and after I looked at it for about 10 seconds, it ran off into the national forest making loud crashing sounds through the brush.

Hand/foot prints:
N/A

Sounds:
It was quiet except for the sound of its feet walking through the woods.

Additional observations:
Very loud crashing as it ran. It ran really fast but clearly was not on all four legs.
