Witness Account:
I was visiting my grandparents in East Texas, running around with my cousin. He went back to the house to get something and I waited for him to get back. I felt a presence, something looking at me. I turned around and looked down the road sloping down to a creek, and walking across the road staring at me was a very tall creature covered in dark fur. It was silent, but stared at me. It walked completely upright, slightly bent over.
Sounds:
Silence. There were always strange sounds around. Whooping sounds, pound screeches/screams.
Additional observations:
Found large amount black matted fur several years later in the woods nearby.
