Witness Account:
I was driving home from college (S.A.U.) in Magnolia, Arkansas, to Haughton, Louisiana. After coming around a curve on Hwy. 80 crossing under I-20 I nearly hit a large bipedal animal and could see it cross the road on two feet with my brake lights illuminated. It was headed north leaving what I believe is the army ammunition plant which is off limits to the public. I also noticed one of your reports has a sighting in the same location in the same time frame.
