- Class 1b
- Class 1, Corroboration: Reports involving a sighting, and accompanied by another form of support.1b A report investigation results in a sasquatch observation or the documentation of clear tracks or other forms of physical evidence by an investigator.
- Class 1c
- Class 1, Corroboration: Reports involving a sighting, and accompanied by another form of support.1c An investigator determines that a visual encounter with a sasquatch/bigfoot by a very reliable observer is a distinct possibility, tangible corroborating evidence is documented, and all other sources can be reasonably ruled out.
- Class 1d
- Class 1, Corroboration: Reports involving a sighting, and accompanied by another form of support.1d A visual encounter with a sasquatch/bigfoot is a distinct possibility involving two or more reliable observers, and all other sources can be reasonably ruled out.
- Class 2
- Class 2, Competency: Reports involving sightings by professionally trained or highly skilled observers.2 Investigator determines that a visual encounter with a sasquatch/bigfoot is a distinct possibility, the observer is exceptionally trustworthy, professionally trained, and experienced in the outdoors and/or is accustomed to looking for and recording details (e.g., biologist, anthropologist/archaeologist, ranger, trapper/tracker/seasoned hunter, bird watcher, game warden, naturalist, law enforcement), and other explanations can be reasonably excluded.
- Class 3a
- Class 3, Credibility: Sightings or possible wood ape evidence reported by credible witnesses.3a Investigator determines that a visual encounter with a sasquatch/bigfoot is a distinct possibility, the observer is credible, and all other sources can be reasonably ruled out.
- Class 3b
- Class 3, Credibility: Sightings or possible wood ape evidence reported by credible witnesses.3b Unidentifiable vocalizations were reported and there is accompanying tangible evidence to possibly indicate the presence of a sasquatch/bigfoot, the observer is very reliable, and other sources can be reasonably ruled out.
- Class 3c
- Class 3, Credibility: Sightings or possible wood ape evidence reported by credible witnesses.3c No visual encounter occurred, but physical evidence was found to indicate the presence of a sasquatch/bigfoot (tracks, hair, scat, etc.), the observer is very reliable, and other sources can be reasonably ruled out.

Witness Account:
I was an over the road truck driver at the time, hauling a load from Pharr, TX to Michigan. I remember the day because it was the morning after the Sandy Hook Shooting. My partner was in the sleeper and I was driving on interstate 30 going toward Little Rock, Ak. A little after the 80th mile marker, near Friendship AK is where the sighting happened.
The company I drove for had our trucks governed a little over 60 but I was cruising just under 60. It was a clear morning around 10-11 am. On the right shoulder I noticed an odd figure just outside the treeline up a small slope.
At first I thought it must be a hunter in a guillie suit but it was white. There was no snow so why would a hunter use a white suit, I thought. As I got closer I looked harder and the size of the figure seemed massive. I've done independent pro-wresting and have met 7' tall and muscular athletes. This was bigger. I had already started to slow down to get a better look and slowed more.
It was huge. We'll over 7'tall and extremely broad through the shoulders. It's hair and skin were white. I saw a picture of "Snowflake", the albino gorilla recently and this was like that. I was a kinesiology major in college and am a long time gym rat so I tried to get a good look at any anatomy detail I could. It's legs didn't seem too long or short for its height but were very thick and muscled. Thin waist. Massive chest and shoulders. It's arms were long and lanky, like an NBA player but thick with muscle. The tops of its shoulders and traps seemed to grow right out of where it's ears should be. It had a pointy head and looked like a big triangle from the shoulders up.
By this point, I've already turned on my Hazzard lights and am pulling over. I got as close as 15-20 yards to it while in full sight. Close enough to see genitalia, male, and a very good look at its face. It was shaggy around the head and shoulders. Very large eyes, with a thick brow shelf. Red-maroon eyes with almost no whites. A small but broad nose. Big cheekbones. A long nose indent going down to a wide mouth. Thick upper lip and a bottom lip almost hidden by for lack of a better term, beard. It had a mark on its upper lip that might have been a scar but not 100% sure. The skin of its face looked smooth like a human's, not creased like an apes. Couldn't see any ears for all the hair.
It seemed to be watching the light traffic bit when I started slowing down it looked staight at my truck. It started swaying a little bit and rolled it's lips in and out. As soon as the truck stopped,I was out and running up the hill. If I had berm thinking clearly, I wouldn't have chased it but all I can remember thinking was "Holy $#!@", and "I gotta see", over and over. It had been standing just in front of and to the side of a dead tree. And that's what I was running towards up the slope. It was already gone. When I got there, a smell hit me that almost had me puking. Horrible smell. I looked for tracks but couldn't really find any because of leaves and debris. I did see some scrapes going into the woods but I was done chasing. The dead tree was about 6" thick and broken off well over my head. I'm 5'10", on tip toe I could almost reach the broken part. This things head was at that level. 7'6"-8' would be my guess.
I got back to the truck and my partner was still asleep. I didn't wake him and I didn't tell him what happened for a long time. I reported this to another organization in 2013 but didn't get much of a follow through since I don't live in that area. I still can't get it out of my head.
Physical evidence:
I wasn't able to get a picture at the time but I have sketched that face. I will never forget that face.
Hand/foot prints:
Some ground scrapes going into the woods but no clear tracks.
Sounds:
No unusual sounds that I can remember.
Additional observations:
Horrible smell. The best I can describe the smell is, imagine a wet, longhaired dog fighting with a skunk in a dirty cattle stall, with diarrhea.
