Witness Account:
My brother-in-law and I were on our way to pick up his girlfriend at the time in Decatur, Tx. It was around 11pm, no fog, no inclement weather other than being sort of chilly. We were in the country. As we were leaving Crafton, Tx, we saw a tall human-like creature squatting next to the road. A coyote/dog was in front of it about 5 feet walking in small circles. The creature didn't move. It sat there and stared at the coyote/dog as we drove past it.
I wanted to stop and look (while in the car) but my brother-in-law kept hitting my arm screaming "drive! drive! drive!" He wasn't sure what it was either.
It was very tall- looking. Long arms, long legs, sad about 4-5 feet tall. It's skin was a greyish color. It's hair was long, dark, and shaggy. It's eyes were a sort of reflective color. It had its knees pulled up to its face and it's arms beside it's body touching the ground. It didn't look like it was wearing any type of clothing. I didn't hear any sounds other than my brother-in-law screaming to drive.

No sounds occured from the creature that I know of.
Additional observations:
It's eyes were a bit reflective. I am unsure of the color. It sat there on the side of the road staring at the coyote/dog. Didn't move at all. Just sat, and stared while the coyote/dog walked in small circles. It's body alone was about 4-5 foot tall. It's legs and arms looked a lot longer.
