Witness Account:
We had just moved here in December. The back part of our property was heavy with woods and only one trail that would take us to the back of our property which was opened up. My neighbor had told me bigfoot lived out here and others has seen him in the back of my property. I thought he was kidding and didn’t believe him nor did I believe in bigfoot. He told me before I moved in that there were people looking for him, maybe it was you guys???
Any way one night my dogs were barking like crazy; I thought they were seeing hogs. It was very dark that night. I grabbed a .22 rifle and a worthless flashlight and went out back. The flashlight front popped off so I threw it down and went on without a light. I could hear a VERY STRONG breath and footsteps coming toward me. I wasn’t afraid at all; I listened to this very strong inhale and footsteps until they were appx. 6 feet away from me. I had my head turned to the side so I could listen. The creature stopped and was just standing there breathing . I was trying to figure out in my head what it was. It wasn’t hogs; I never heard anything like this. I turned my head to the sound of breathing.
As I stood there with this thing appx. 4-6 feet from me, I looked into the darkness and could not see anything. I listened to the sound and with my eyes I looked directly at where the sound was coming from. It was coming from my same height; I’m 6"2. I could tell from the sound of the foot print walking crunching the leaves before that it walked up to me and stopped it didn’t jump up to a limb or something, like a panther or something. Anyway I knew it was something standing there and it was as tall as me and breathing like I never heard before. Then I became so damn scared that I froze and almost had a heart attack, and I’m not kidding.
I was so damn scared and I could feel goose bumps so big on my arms that you could have sanded wood with them. I never had goosebumps like that before. I made myself walk backwards until I could run. I ran back into the fence and back into the house, running and picked up binoculars, ran back out to the end of the fence and looked. I have a street light out beside my house. With the binoculars and the street light I could see it very good. It walked across the opening, looked straight at me then turned and looked ahead then turned and looked back at me then turned and looked ahead and was gone. It was walking upright and had nocturnal, big, yellowish orange eyes.
I went back and talked to my neighbor and asked if he had ever seen bigfoot since he was always saying bigfoot was out there. He told me other people hunting had seen it. I asked him did he ever see it. Again he said other people hunting told him they had seen it. I finally told him that I saw it , then he told me yes he had seen it also and first thought it was a bear. He saw it during the day and said the shoulders were real broad. After checking I found out two other people two miles from me at Navarro Mills Lake had reported seeing bigfoot just a few months before.
This thing is real, I know it’s real now. I never believed the stories I had heard before. Why hasn’t it been caught on game cameras??? Please don’t mention my name, people already think I’m crazy. And I don’t blame them for not believing in this thing. Anyway I went out the next day with my son in law down the small trail and out in the back where it opens up and found a footprint of this thing.
Hand/foot prints:
I found a footprint. I wear a size 11.5 I put my shoe next to the footprint and it was about a inch longer. The footprint was not real wide as I have seen on TV
