Witness Account:
I was driving back to my patents apartment after leaving my soon to be husbands house in Tarkington. I was on the Tarkington ISD road. It was around 8 at night when I came a cross this big hairy looking "man " it stopped about 30 feet in front of my car and stated t me I had to slam on my brakes so I wouldn't hit it. It then proceeded in crossing the road it then stepped over the tall fence like it was not even there. I have never been so scared of something in my life as I was in those few moments.
