Ranch Worker Has Sighting of Large Bipedal Animal Running Faster Than a Deer

Report Details

Occurrence date: July/2013
Location: Denton County, TX
Nearby/Vicinity: Aubrey
Time / Conditions: 13:00 — Clear aunny
# of Witnesses: 1

Witness Account:
On the ranch, our worker went on the tractor to cut the sudden hay. As he was going to the pasture he had to cross a few others along the way. The "animal" was spotted right next to the hay field. He noticed this black tall figure out of the corner of his eye and then watched it run upright on two feet to the corner of the fence. He said it ran faster then a deer. He wasn't sure how it got over the 5ft barbwire fence but it did make it over. We collected two black hairs about 2 inches long, kinda thicker hair. The worker said once he was in the hay pasture he saw the figure watching him behind a tree. The figure would dart between three trees less then 5 ft apart before taking off back into the woods. This property is located on the green belt and runs along the river that flows between Lake Lewisville and Ray Roberts.
Early this morning Thursday July 4th we got a call from our neighbor who owns the land on the other side of the fence stating out bobcat trap has been flipped and the rooster is out running around. We have pictures of the trap showing that there is no possible way that this was an animal that escaped this trap. There is clearly wiring undone from the top that was holding the rooster inside and a large piece of metal has been bent into an S shape. The rooster is alive but it's in the woods so we are not going after it. I will make noise and the neighbor saw it early this morning.

Hand/foot prints:
The dirt is hard so I wasn't able to see anything, we have claw or nail scratches on a board
